We were in from Phoenix for college graduation and all of a sudden the car needed an oil change. We called around no one could get an oil change on our Audi done in time we found pats and the next day at 7 am the oil change was done!!! Thank you so much! We appreciate your dedication and hard work.

Pats is dishonest by and large. they tow the vehicle, says they were going to "look at it" and then fails to notify the owner that the vehicle is being charged a storage fee. Racked up more fees through their fraud to the point where they only notified us that their so-called covid 19 delays finding parts, was them racking up money and then the owner of the vehicle wound up in the hospital, wasn't notified and sold their vehicle out from under them under a court title, since the owner couldn't be reached due to being in the hospital. There is a special place in hell for people like this.
Was able to get my vehicle in quickly and got the repair done.

This was my first time using Pat’s. I bought a new to me car and they did a safety inspection, oil change and tire changeout. They sent a text with pictures and communicated clearly about everything. I would highly recommend them.

If you want a completely unprofessional towing and repair place this is the place for you! Zero customer service and sarcastic remarks as you leave the business not saying a word! Tow truck driver and the owner have the same mentality. It’s a we don’t care what you think or posted hours on our site we do what we want type of place! Rather have a cavity drilled and filled than deal with them again!

They are wonderful about jump starting my vehicle. They let me know what the problem was. They fixed it and then followed up to see if everything was going well.
I took my vehicle in to get new tires. The mechanic noticed a leak and looked into it and found it to be a warranty issue. They let me know right away and was able to keep it and get it fixed the next morning after the parts came in. Very thorough group at Pat's! Kara and her team always look out for the customer first.
Super easy to work with and most important to me they communicated the progress with my vehicle very well!

My first time through the door at Pat's auto repair and towing was very welcoming being a woman myself and having been around automotive repair myself and speaking with Kara was very confronting I could tell Kara was very knowledgeable and would be 100% upfront with me about the repairs needing done on my car and while I waited there was upbeat and sometimes humorous exchanges between other customers and employees also and when it was my turn to find out what was wrong with my car Kara was very thorough and explained everything I had questions about. Being new to Hastings I will have to say I have found my new repair and service center. I gave them 4 stars because the repairs needed are not done yet Only because I have not called and scheduled my repair appointment yet. I do have faith that the repairs will be made correctly and in a timely manner. Thank you Kara and to all who work at Pat's to make up your amazing team

To say I was disappointed is more like extremely disappointed. The original quote on the repairs to my car ended up costing almost twice the amount. That's bad enough but when we picked up the car the first time it did not run well at all. It took two days and two sensors that were working fine before we brought it in. I'm very disappointed in the service
Bryan.. On this particular visit, unfortunately, there was a sensor that did go bad, but not because of what we did. We replaced a rear wheel hub. That would have nothing to do with a MAF sensor going bad. I am truly sorry that it happened and I wish it wouldn't have. We never want our customers to be disappointed or upset. Our goal is the exact opposite. In the 5 years that you have been coming here, to my knowledge, this is the first time that you have felt let down. I would be more than happy to discuss this further if you'd like to give me a call! Hope to talk soon..
I called Pat's repair broken down on the highway,a hot day in July. The tow gentleman (yes he was a kind gentleman) helped get 3 senior ladies and a 12 year old in his air condition truck. Then loaded the van. He was so very polite and professional. Kara at the shop let me know when, the cost, and always return my calls. My van was in the shop longer then expected but it had several issues. I was always kept informed and happy to be on the highway for more adventures.

Deb.. your vehicle was ready for pick up back in July of 2024. You were unable to pick your vehicle up until February of this year. The warranty on the installed parts started when they were purchased, not from when you picked your vehicle up. As I have previously explained to you, the parts are still under warranty but because it's been a year and a half, labor would not be covered. It was also explained that we would have to look at your vehicle to see if the noise you were hearing was related to the work that we did. There are multiple parts under your vehicle. Could it be something completely different? Yes.. Could it be one or more of the parts that we replaced? Yes.. But we don't know for sure unless we look at it first. Your refusal to let us look at it to verify where the noise is coming from, makes it difficult for us to be able to warranty anything.
